Mid Century Glasses
Mid century eyeglasses are vintage frames that were made throughout the mid 1900's, mainly the 1940s, 1950's and 1960's glasses. 1940's frames were the beggining of a new era in eyewear and the term mid century frames can be used on such glasses. 1950's glasses and 1960s frames such as cat eye glasses, horn rimmed glasses, combination browline glasses and the likes and otherwise known as mid century glasses due to the fact that they date to the mid 19th century.
