Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping to anywhere in th US with USPS First Class Mail.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the world. We use USPS Priority Mail international, the cost is $19.
Q: How long will it take to get my glasses?
A: Most frames are mailed within 24 business hours. It usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive anywhere in the US but can sometimes take a few days longer. International shipments usually take 5-14 days depending on the shipping method used.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an automated e-mail with your shipping information and the tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Returns
Q: Can I return my vintage eyeglasses if I don’t like them?
Yes, you can return the vintage frames to us for an exchange or a refund. All returns need to have a RMA in order to be proccesed, please contact us beforehand to request a RMA. All frames sent back to us must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund, 30 days for an exchange.
Q: What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?
We take great care to ensure that all our vintage and antique eyeglasses are correctly described, should this not be the case you can send them back to us for a full refund or exchange.
